3. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Only Human reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance, and we must receive payment before your order is processed. Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

4. Pricing and Billing

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and shown in your order confirmation. Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information for all purchases.

5. 30-Day Guarantee and Refunds

Our 30-Day Guarantee applies to first-time orders of physical product from www.onlyhuman.store. To be eligible for a refund:

• The return must be initiated within 30 days of the original order date.
• Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
• A valid proof of purchase (such as your order number) is required.

Opened or used supplements are not eligible for refund due to health and safety regulations. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please see our full Refund Policy for complete details.

6. Subscriptions

Subscription orders renew automatically on the billing schedule shown at checkout. You may cancel, pause, or skip your subscription at any time before your next billing date.

To cancel or manage your subscription:

• Use the subscription portal in your customer account, or
• Email support@onlyhuman.store with your order number and "Cancellation Request" in the subject line.

Cancellation requests must be received before the next billing date to apply to that cycle. Once a subscription order has been placed, it is final and is not eligible for refund or return. Please manage your subscription before your renewal date to avoid an unwanted shipment.

7. Order Cancellation

One-off orders may be canceled within 1 hour of being placed, provided they have not yet entered processing or shipping. After the 1-hour window or once an order has begun processing, we are unable to cancel the order. See our full Cancellation Policy for the request process.

8. Shipping and Delivery

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you once we transfer the product to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy for details.

All content on the Services, including trademarks, brand names, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, is owned by Only Human, its affiliates, or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and foreign intellectual property laws.
