30-Day Guarantee — Important Conditions

Only Human offers a 30-Day Guarantee on first-time orders placed at www.onlyhuman.store. So that you know what to expect before you buy, please review the conditions below carefully.

Refunds are only available when ALL of the following are true:

  • The return is initiated within 30 days of the original order date.
  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
  • The product was purchased directly from www.onlyhuman.store (not a third-party retailer or marketplace).
  • A valid proof of purchase (such as your order number) is provided.

What We Cannot Refund

For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:

  • Opened or used supplements. Once a seal is broken, the product cannot be returned. This is a safety standard across the supplement industry.
  • Subscription renewal orders that have already been placed. Once a renewal order is generated, it is final. Manage your subscription in the customer portal or email support@onlyhuman.store before your renewal date to skip or cancel.
  • Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but reported as not received, unless supported by valid documentation and a completed carrier investigation.
  • Orders placed more than 30 days ago.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Only Human is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

How to Request a Return

If you meet the conditions above, email support@onlyhuman.store with your order number and "Return Request" in the subject line. We'll review your request and, if approved, provide return instructions. Please do not ship items back without first receiving return authorization.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit to your statement.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you believe the product is defective, contact support@onlyhuman.store within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it.
