Order Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. If you need to cancel an order, please review the policy below.

One-Off Orders

One-off (non-subscription) orders can be canceled within 1 hour of being placed, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. After the 1-hour window, or once the order has entered processing or shipping, we are unable to cancel the order.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation within the eligible timeframe:

Email support@onlyhuman.store with your order number and "Cancellation Request" in the subject line.

If your order qualifies, we will confirm the cancellation and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Subscription Orders

Subscription orders renew automatically on the schedule shown at checkout. You may cancel, pause, or skip your subscription at any time before the next renewal date.

To manage your subscription:

  • Log in to the subscription portal in your customer account, or
  • Email support@onlyhuman.store with your order number and "Cancellation Request" in the subject line.

Once a subscription renewal order has been generated, it is final and cannot be canceled or refunded. Please manage your subscription before your renewal date to avoid an unwanted shipment.

Once an Order Has Shipped

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you'd like to return an eligible item after delivery, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.
